We accept all types of artwork formats, from cellphone photos of hand-drawn sketches to vector files.

Common file types include, but are not limited to: .jpg, .png, .tiff, .gif, .bmp, .jpeg, and .psd.

While vector files aren't required, we recommend submitting them if available (.ai or .eps).

If there are any issues with your file, we'll contact you by email after you place your order to find a solution.

Do you offer custom samples?

Yes, we do. We will customize product samples according to customers and then mail them to customers for confirmation.

Do you provide gift boxes?

Yes, we will provide packaging gift boxes according to customer requirements.

What is your turnaround time for art proof, samples, and production for custom pins?

Our normal procedure is to provide you with a certificate within 12-24 hours. If you have an upcoming meeting and need certification faster, we can work with you to help.
Pre-production samples take 1-3 days to produce and deliver, each item has its own pre-production sample cost based on size etc...
Production time is usually 7-12 days depending on the process involved. We have faster production time to meet urgent needs.
We also have longer production times. This allows us to schedule work with each other in a more efficient way. For many of our products, choosing longer production times can save you money! Choose different production time options and see how it affects your price with discounts of up to 20%.

How much is shipping?
